Manchester City are reportedly planning for yet another blockbuster transfer despite huge spendings in the winter which saw the additions of players like Omar Marmoush, Abdukodir Khusanov, and Vitor Reiss. However, City are not done just yet.

According to multiple reports, Real Madrid’s star winger, Rodrygo, is the latest name that has emerged under Manchester City’s radar, after the Brazilian reportedly began his search for a new club for reportedly being “undervalued” by Los Blancos.

The 24-year-old is seriously considering leaving Real Madrid in the summer after being left to feel undervalued by the club and even the fans, with players like Vinicius Jr, Jude Bellingham and Kylian Mbappe continuously overshadowing his presence and contribution in the squad.

Manchester City: The next potential destination for Rodrygo

As per MadridBarcelona.com, Los Blancos president Florentino Perez is reportedly ready to hear offers for the Brazilian winger and will consider letting him go in case the right offer comes along in the summer.

According to One Football, Manchester City are ready to splurge big in order to secure Rodrygo’s move and are preparing a massive €100 million offer for the Brazilian once the summer transfer window begins.

As it stands, Rodrygo is currently facing a high level of competition in the current Real Madrid squad, which might convince him to join Pep Guardiola’s dominant side, who still have a void to fill in their attack, especially on the wings.

However, while it is beginning to seem quite likely that the 24-year-old will leave Real in the summer, reports have also indicated that there is still a possibility that he might end up changing his mind, but that is expected to happen only if Florentino Perez gives him concrete reassurance.
